Juste après Li Chun (Le Début du Printemps), la brume des sommets commence à danser. Le Tea Set de cette semaine est une ascension sensorielle à 2200 mètres, vous guidant vers le prestigieux terroir de Lishan. Nourries par l'air froid alpin, ces feuilles de thé développent un « Qi de Montagne » unique. Nous associons cet exquis Oolong de Haute Montagne de Lishan à une pâtisserie fine pour orchestrer un dialogue entre « Fraîcheur » et « Floralité ».

Chaque gorgée révèle l'âme pure de la haute montagne :

• La Fraîcheur : Les notes minérales uniques dues à la haute altitude.
• L'Arôme : Un parfum élégant d'orchidée libéré par une fermentation légère.
• L'Harmonie : Un mariage sophistiqué (Pairing) entre le thé taïwanais et la pâtisserie.

les participants découvrent comment le terroir, le climat et le savoir-faire façonnent le thé taïwanais.

Just after Li Chun (The Beginning of Spring), the mist on the peaks begins to dance. This week’s Tea Set is a sensory ascent to 2200 meters, guiding you to the prestigious Lishan terroir. Nurtured by cold alpine air, these tea leaves develop a unique "Mountain Qi" (Shan Tou Qi). We pair this exquisite Lishan High Mountain Oolong with delicate desserts to orchestrate a dialogue between "Crispness" and "Florality."

Every sip reveals the pure soul of the high mountains:

• The Crispness: The unique mineral notes from the high altitude.
• The Aroma: Elegant orchid fragrance released through light fermentation.
• The Harmony: A sophisticated pairing of Taiwanese tea and Western patisserie.

A baptism for the senses to awaken your spirit for Spring.

在高冷氣候與晝夜溫差的淬鍊下， 這裡的茶樹生長緩慢，葉片肥厚，孕育出獨一無二的「山頭氣」。 我們特別選用 梨山高山烏龍，搭配當季精緻甜點， 策展一場關於「清冽」與「花香」的對話。

這場特別的「高山茶席」將引領您品味三個層次的春日甦醒： 從茶湯入口時的冷冽礦石感，到中段優雅綻放的蘭花香氣， 最後是與甜點交織後，那綿長且充滿果膠質的甘甜餘韻。

每一口茶，都展現了高山風土的純淨靈魂：

• 冷冽： 來自高海拔低溫的獨特山氣與礦石韻味。
• 花香： 輕發酵工藝下，茶葉自然釋放的優雅蘭花香。
• 共鳴： 台灣高山茶與西式甜點的味覺聯姻 (Pairing)。

透過一組精心設計的主題茶飲，
你可以慢慢品飲、閱讀介紹，或自在交流，
在輕鬆的節奏中，理解台灣茶的風土、製程，
以及這座島嶼所孕育出的多元風味。
