Honey Black Tea, or "Mi Xiang Hong Cha(蜜香紅茶)," is a rare and exquisite fully oxidized tea, renowned for its natural sweetness and captivating aroma. Grown in the lush hills of Tongluo, Miaoli(苗栗銅鑼), this tea thrives in the region’s fertile soil and temperate climate. Hand-picked and expertly crafted, the leaves undergo careful withering, rolling, and full oxidation, followed by a gentle roasting that enhances its signature honey-like fragrance. This tea is a testament to Taiwan’s rich tea-making tradition, blending innovation with the unique terroir of Miaoli.

The tea’s distinctive honey notes come from the delicate interaction with the tea leaf hopper (Jacobiasca formosana), which infuses the leaves with a nectar-like sweetness. This natural process, paired with artisanal craftsmanship, creates a bold yet refined black tea that stands out in any collection.
