🍂 Heavy-Roasted Tieguanyin
Deeply roasted, full-bodied and complex. Its warm woody notes, mineral depth and lingering finish make it an ideal companion for quiet winter evenings.

Origin: Miaoli County, Taiwan
Altitude: Approximately 300 meters
Oxidation: 25%
Cultivar: Chin-Shin-Dapan (青心大冇)
Roasting: Heavy roast

🍂 Red Oolong
A beautiful balance between oxidation and roasting. Rounded and mellow, with ripe-fruit aromas, gentle roasted notes and a naturally lingering sweetness. A versatile tea to enjoy throughout the day.
Origin: Taitung, Taiwan
Altitude: 250 meters
Oxidation: 80–90%
Cultivar: Qing Xin Oolong (青心烏龍)

🍂 Sun Moon Lake Ruby Black Tea
Known for its distinctive character, Ruby Black Tea brings together rich maltiness with refreshing hints of mint and cinnamon. Its expressive aroma and smooth body make it particularly enjoyable on colder days.
